How it all began…

Ben Wilder, owner of Wilder Excavating loved being on (and helping to drive!) heavy equipment from the time he was 18 months old! Early childhood was on a farm in a very remote section of Stoddard, New Hampshire... where Ben’s Dad brought him along regularly to help with cutting trees and making fields, fixing the mile-long driveway, putting culverts in where needed, and adding drainage throughout the driveway and property.
